Make up storage

Sunday, 27 January 2013

It's probably no surprise that I store my make up in muji draws! I used to store my make up all thrown into a basket in a random mess. It took me ages to find things and I often forgot I had certain products! Since I got these draws in summer they have seriously changed my daily make up routine (as odd as that is). It just makes grabbing everything so much easier and actually seeing what I have! They actually store a lot more than I initially thought! However, I do need another stack! Maybe I should just stop buying make up? The adorable cotton wool jar is from Abbey's shop, gifts and pieces. She sells the prettiest stuff, honestly check it out! Then the little bird letter holder is off ebay and neatly stores my naked 2 palette!

I need more storage inspiration, send me links of your posts please!

  11. I love these draws, I've been desperate to get some ever since I saw them on Sammie (beauty crush)'s channel, and now I want them even more! My make ups all in little boxes all over my room, I need to sort me out and you've just inspired me even more:) Because my make up's so hard to get to I end up only using the same few products, I have so much stuff I don't even use now aha:P The jar's so pretty! x

  15. these are very cool! My stuff is literally in every room of the house. I'm a friggin' mess. I've seen some similar ones in the craft/art shop Colemans. They're a bit deeper drawers and more expensive but I think I might get them at some point! Super jealous of your Nars :) x

  17. Giiiiiirl that is a lot of foundation! (I own 2!) I'd like this many ;) I'd like it all... please and thank you!!
You've made me realise what a wimpy amount of make-up I have and also what terrible storage! I keep it all in a overflowing make-up bag and half all over my dresser top. NEED storage! I want some wicker baskets for my skincare and then drawers for make-up, or or maybe those little tower drawers. oh my! goodbye pennies :(

  21. I love seeing storage posts as well as having a nose at people's collections ;) do you have a link to the seller you bought your letter holder from? (if you do could you tweet me @rebeccalouiseee - thank you!!!). I really love how you've organised things, I totally agree that it's better to have it all there in front of you so you don't forget about it, but I don't agree that you should give up buying make up ;););)
