Out with the old and in with the new

Tuesday, 8 January 2013

So as you probably know I am a huge fan of liz earle skin care products. I religiously used her products for a good year, but recently they have not been agreeing with my skin. I found that my skin was quite red, sore and itchy and was becoming a little more 'problem skin' like. So I decided to shake up my skin care routine to see if that helps.

I've decided to try a few origins products which are good for helping with problem skin, in particular the zero oil cleanser, super spot remover and out of trouble mask. I then bought some products targeted at sensitive skin, the boots botanics sensitive skin relief serum and then aveeno moisturiser, which is also apparently good for eczema, which I have on my face also.

Fingers crossed these products help my skin! I will review them once I have used them for a good while!

Please tell me your thoughts on these products!

  1. I love having a jumble about with my skin care routine to see what my skin does and doesn't like. I got the zero oil cleanser for Christmas and so far so good! I hope they work for your eczema too, I find the only thing that controls mine is Sudacreme ox

  13. The Clear Improvement Mask is awesome. I really do agree that you see a 'clear improvement' straight away! My skin looked amazingly radiant after just the first use. I also love the Super Spot Remover but afraid I've not tried any of the other products. Would love to see some reviews once you've been using them for a while :D

  16. I've read so much hype about Liz Earle skincare products so I'm glad to read you mentioning an alternate as Liz Earle's products are rather pricey. Although if the results are good the price is worth paying. The 3 products you bought from Origins sound perfect to cure my skincare problems - open pores, oily skin etc. Would love to know how you get on with these products lovely!

  18. the origins masks are amazing! I'm a firm believer in them all and I'm actually sat with out of trouble on now, its my favourite.

hopefully your skin will sort itself out, sometimes it just seems to get bored of the same things doesn't it!
